Kirsten went above and beyond for my rescue. I couldn't believe how quickly she got to work on everything, breaking everything down and chipping away at it bit by bit. I remember it was only the first time I had met her. By that very night, I received an email around ten o'clock with so many things she had spoken about to me already well underway. She included me every step of the way with what she was doing. She would send me files in different formats so we could go back and forth brainstorming over forms.
I think everyone needs a Kirsten in their life. She is like the Mary Poppins of Computers!
